- A few words or a photo of what you're moving, so we can size the vehicle
- A contact name and phone number at each end
- A bank card to pay with when you confirm
Booking questions
No. There is no sign-up form, and your price shows straight away. Before you pay, we confirm your phone number with a one-time code, and that number becomes your login for following the booking afterwards.
Yes. One booking carries up to five stops after the pick-up, and a stop along the way can be a collection instead of a drop-off. The additional-stop fee is included in the price you see before you pay.
Yes. You pay securely by card when you book, and the driver is dispatched once payment is confirmed. Businesses moving regular volume can talk to us about an account facility.
Basic loading and offloading by the driver is included in every booking. If you need extra hands (for stairs, a tight doorway or a very heavy item), you can add offloading assistance at a flat rate per assistant when you get your quote.
Businesses can pay by card immediately, or apply for an account facility with up to 30-day payment terms on a monthly statement. Talk to us to get your account set up.
